- Calibrate the 90 deg pulse
- rpar H1T1nul.BBI
Pulseprogram: 180 deg - D7 - 90 deg - FID
- set SW, O1P, AQ as desired, set P1
as determined above, NS to 1 and D1 to 3s
- determine rg by rga, record spectrum (zg) and
correct phase
- Set D7 to 0.1 s, ZG - EFP
- Adjust D7, ZG - EFP, and find the D7-value
for zero intensity for each peak
- The T1-value is D7 divided by ln2 (=0.693)
- D1 should be at least 1.25x T1. If a shorter D1 was
chosen, reset D1 and repeat the whole procedure.
